By downloading, installing, or using FitWithPaws (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers.
• Use the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fitwithpaws.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Health Disclaimer

FitWithPaws is a wellness tracking tool and is not a medical device. The information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical or veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or veterinarian regarding health concerns for yourself or your pets.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by FitWithPaws and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

By uploading content (such as pet photos) to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App for your account. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitWithPaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the App. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
