FitWithPaws ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application FitWithPaws (the "App").

  • Health data: weight records with dates and optional notes that you voluntarily enter.
  • Pet information: pet names, types, breeds, birth dates, and photos you upload.
  • Device data: Apple Watch connectivity status for sync purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App's core functionality.
  • Sync your data across your Apple devices.
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Improve the App experience over time.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Photos

Pet photos you upload are stored securely in our cloud storage and are only accessible to your account. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than displaying them within your account.

6. Apple Health

FitWithPaws does not currently integrate with Apple Health. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
